All Thing in Moderation (ATIM) was founded to build on Gilly Salmon’s experience of e-moderating and developed a series of courses for lecturers based on her ‘5 step model of e-moderating.’ Over 100 courses for over 1500 participants, on a variety of software platforms, have been run since the company started work in 2001.
